Ripple Reading Room

1. Strict Silence: Absolute silence must be maintained within the study hall at all times. Group discussions, whispering, or combined studies are strictly prohibited inside the study zone.
2. Property Decorum & Markings: Members are strictly forbidden from writing, marking, scratching, drawing, or defacing any part of the premises. This includes study desks, chairs, walls, doors, or lockers. Any violation will lead to immediate cancellation of membership.
3. Damage Liability: Any damage or destruction caused to the building structure, furniture, electrical fixtures, lockers, or infrastructure will be borne entirely by the individual responsible for the act.
4. Locker & Key Policy: Lockers are assigned solely for the security of personal books and study materials. Loss of the issued locker key will result in the immediate forfeiture of the complete Security Deposit (Rs. 200/-).
5. Mobile Phone Usage: All mobile devices, tablets, and laptops must be set to absolute silent mode before entering the reading room. Attending phone calls or playing media aloud without headphones inside the study zone is banned. Calls must be taken outside the main premises.
6. Personal Belongings: Members are responsible for their own personal property (laptops, bags, cash, gadgets, etc.). The management accepts no responsibility or liability for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items.
7. Cleanliness & Consumables: Littering inside the premises is strictly prohibited. Outside meals or aromatic/messy snacks are not allowed at the study desks. Only covered water bottles are permitted inside the main hall.
8. Seat Allocation & Transfers: Seats are assigned systematically based on selected subscriptions. Subletting, sharing, or transferring your allocated space to an unauthorized person or friend is strictly forbidden.
9. Fee Schedule & Refunds: All monthly or package fees must be paid in full and in advance by the renewal date. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
10. Right to Admission: The management reserves the absolute right to suspend or terminate membership without notice or refund if a member is found violating rules, creating standard discord, or misbehaving with fellow readers or staff.
